📦 THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Our estimated fulfillment times are:

• Processing time: 1–2 business days

• Shipping time (UK): 3–5 business days

• Shipping time (International): 4–8 business days

If your order has not arrived within 20 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.

📦 DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos and/or videos and send them to our support team at support@stancups.shop.

After verification, you will be offered one of the following:

• A replacement product (free of charge), or

• A 100% refund

⚙️ DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE

You have 30 days after delivery to report any issue with your product.

If your product is defective or stops working during this period, you may return it to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and verified, you will be issued a refund in the form of store credit so you can reorder a replacement product.

🔄 CHANGE OF MIND (STANDARD RETURN)

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

🔁 EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

❌ WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item, you have 30 days to report it.

After confirmation:

• We will cover the return shipping cost

• You will receive a 100% refund or replacement
